Bullard's Best

i am a huge admirer of Dale Mayer I simply love every one of her military books. lt is simply amazing how her mind works with each and every book she puts out they just get better and better.They are rivetting and edge of your seat books. This book is no different keep up the wonderful books you write Dale I am one of your Admirers you got me so excited about reading about Terk now and looking forward to it!! Ha ha did you notice that I never gave even one thing away about these well written sets other than they are must haves!! THANK YOU!! DALE MAYER FOR YOUR AWESOME WRITING!!

When Bullard's plane was blasted out of the sky by someone attempting to eradicate him and all his team, little did he know the impact that it would have on his life.. Missing for months, Bullard had been washed up on an isolated Pacific island and nursed back to health by Leia, an ex eminent doctor who was set up for a crime that she didn't commit, Leia had made the island her home and she had found peace there. Bullard and Leia had fallen in love and were returning to the island to get married, Dave Montgomery, one of Bullard's team and Katie who was caterer for the compound had arrived at the island two days before the rest of the team, they were to make sure that all the preparations were in place for the wedding. Kate was a bit of a loner but she had had a crush on Dave for a long time, they had got close over the years, but never taken it any further, obviously things didn't go to plan and their lives were in danger , Dave had fallen for Katie and he would protect her. This is a lovely story that brings the whole team together and gives them all a fantastic ending. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a short book wrapping up the series. I enjoyed being taken to the island, feeling the peace and seeing the beauty. As always man will destroy things and people and we have some intrigue and violence. I loved how Kate takes the bull by the horns with Dave :) He was ready to live life again, but was on the slow train. Kate showed him how much fun it is to ride the fast train. Bullards best brought the warm fuzzies as marriages took place. Ice and Levi were there and had their own pleasant tid bit to share. I do wonder if there might be one more visit in the future. I so thought there should have been a clinic there and I was saddened by the loss of one person. Thank you for the arc. I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions.
