I absolutely adore second chance romances! And throw in some BDSM into the mix, and it makes for a sweet and spicy story. Avery and Colt met and fell in love in a rough time in Colt's life. They went from strictly platonic and professional D/S to friends to lovers and then into so much more. But life has a way of changing and challenging all your plans. Five years later, they met again while Avery works with Mack on the restoration of the ghost town from book 1, and the love they have for the other never changed in all the years they've been apart. After some steamy encounters and talking, they decide to give their relationship another shot. It's not easy, but neither are willing to give up their love, and what a beautiful love it is. I loved them so much! read the Woods Ranch series first, so it was cool to see Avery's story be told here. Another great read. Can't wait for the next one!
