About this ebook

Blaine Grayson returns to Three Sisters Island with a grand plan--to take Camp Kicking Moose to the next level. Her dream starts to unravel when she discovers Moose Manor's kitchen has been badly remodeled by her sister, Cam, who doesn't know how to cook. Added to that blow is the cold shoulder given by her best friend, Artie Lotosky, now a doctor to the unbridged Maine islands.

As old wounds are opened, Blaine starts to wonder if she made a mistake by coming home. Little by little, she must let go of one dream to discover a new one, opening her heart to a purpose and a future she had never imagined.

Bestselling author Suzanne Woods Fisher invites you back to the coast of Maine for a story that reminds you to release what doesn't matter and cling to what does: faith, family, and friendships.

At Lighthouse Point by Suzanne Woods Fisher has Blaine Grayson returning home to Three Sisters Island after being gone for two years. She is ready to remodel the kitchen at Camp Kicking Moose so she can open a fine dining restaurant. All Blaine’s dreams fly out the window when she discovers the family did some updates without her. Blaine needs to find the right path for her with a little help from family, friends, and God. At Lighthouse Point is the 3rd Three Sisters Island Novel. I recommend reading this engaging series in order so you can get to know the characters and how they came to live on Three Sisters Island. We finally get Blaine’s story in this edition. I thought this story was well-written with developed, realistic characters. The story moved along at a good pace. The author provided vivid descriptions that allows the readers to visualize the scenes. I could not wait to read this book. I wanted Blaine’s story plus to see how this series would end. There were surprises for the whole family in this story. This is a Christian story with Scripture quotes, but it is never preachy or overbearing. The most important take away for me was to pray and let go. We need to leave our worries in God’s hands. I liked the flashbacks into Blaine’s life. We get to see important moments in her life that shaped her. We get to catch up with Paul, Cam, Maddie, and Cooper. I liked the addition of Jean-Paul, Blaine’s Parisian friend, and Walter Grayson, Paul’s father. I enjoyed the humor sprinkled throughout the story (some of the antics will have you laughing out loud). Blaine cooked some wonderful dishes. The food descriptions will have your mouth watering. At Lighthouse Points is a story about family, friendship, and faith. I will miss Three Sisters Island and the Grayson family. At Lighthouse Point is a heartwarming tale with squabbling sisters, a crazy kitchen, a battered boyfriend, baby bonanza, a cell tower conundrum, God’s goodness, and campground chaos.

At Lighthouse Point by Suzanne Woods Fisher is the third book in the Three Sisters Island series. I have loved each of these books, but Blaine's story is my favorite. I fell in love with her journey to Paris, how she found herself, her passion, and her faith. And I loved Jean-Paul, her friend she brought home from Paris. He was a quiet comfort and always there when he was needed most. He had a way of both convicting and encouraging whoever was sitting beside him. He was one of my favorite parts of the story. But my absolute favorite was watching Blaine find her place on Three Sisters Island and dive headfirst into her dreams. As always, the Grayson family is full of conflict, secrets, and surprises. They are far from perfect, but their desire to stay close even as they grow into lives of their own pulled my heart into the series. I've enjoyed getting to know them all with each book. And I love the island! I wish I could visit and have tea (not coffee!) at Peg's cafe. The locals always ad charm to these stories, and the scenery will take your breath away. The only thing I wish differently was for the romance between Artie and Blaine to have had a more central role in the story. I waited so long to read their story, and I guess I just wanted to see more spark between them. But I still enjoyed their reunion. Overall, this was a great series for me. They are perfect beach reads! Any fan of contemporary Christian fiction would enjoy these stories! I was given a copy of this book by the publisher with no expectations of a positive review. All opinions are my own.

At Lightouse Point was my first book in the Three Sisters Island series and my first by Suzanne Woods Fisher that is a contemporary novel. It is a really enjoyable read when you just want to read something while you are relaxing. The story flows as a family story and you get the points of views of all of the family characters. While this story is supposed to be showcasing Blaine's story, it is focused on all of the members of the family. Reading the first two books in the series would give you more insight on the two sisters, I did not feel lost at all just diving in to book 3. There were a lot of revelations and good faith points throughout the book without being pushy and I enjoyed the banter between the characters. Jean-Paul was such an entertaining side character! At the beginnning of the book, I thought he was going to be competition for Artie, but he ended up adding so much more to the story. I also enjoyed watching Artie and Blaine's relationship progress, although it did seem to come on pretty quickly. This is a wonderful book to bring with you to the beach or just to escape reality for a little while. Well written and fun, At Lighthouse Point definitely makes you want to visit an island with a lighthouse. *I received this book free of charge from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts were my own.
