About the author

Porat Hammarberg founded Beyond Skin Care, a spa for the soul, and created Ease of Being play shops. Israeli born, she is a wife, a mother of four, a lover of nature, and a spiritual entrepreneur. Hammarberg lives with her husband, Paulie, in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Minnetonka, Minnesota.
