Honestly this is my favourite book has veen for the past 14 years I've read
and re read this for some empowerment, thrill of viewing decades over
different times and for the fact it's a badassed book about a young girl
who took lemons and made not only lemonade but lemon tarts, lemon drizzle
cake and a lemon meringue out of it . My paper version is barely held
together despite years of love trying to hold it together and getting it as
an ebook is probably the best investment I made.... like ever.

One of the best books I've ever read. Absolutely brilliant story wonderfully told. Takes you through every emotion there is you can't put it down. It's the same every time I read it again, I can't put it down. If you only read 1 of Ms Coles books, make it this one ❤ Definitely my favourite Martina Cole novel & definitely in my top 5 favourite books of all time.

Very good book but there were some huge skips in time and I didn't really see any benefit from the twins' characters, felt like they had just been slipped in and didn't add to the story at all.
