While not the first book written in the series it is first in order of events and all books in the series can be read as standalone stories. This hot a spicy novella length tale of second chance romance holds back absolutely nothing in the safe spaces of the Dom/sub relationship between Dakota Joy and Garrett. Dakota is from a small town, a poor town, with a less than appealing childhood and Garrett is a billionaire, wealthy family, wealthy lifestyle. When these two meet, their backgrounds hold no relevance, their immediate attraction is all they care about. Garrett can give Dakota the attention and care she needs to finally, for the first time in her life, let go, enjoy the moment and experience the love. Fast forward a few years, a secret has torn them apart and both are wounded, but a not-so-chance reunion forces them in close proximity and the sparks still fly, the attraction is still palpable, and they may just stand a chance at making it work. A hot and dirty read with depth and passion. Enjoy!

*4.5 stars* Sexy second chance… I love this author’s ability to blend sexy, scorching heat with strong emotion to make a love cocktail like no other! And in the latest Master Me instalment, Dakota and Garrett meet again, brought together by the very thing that drove them apart… “Maybe I won’t live through Garrett again, but I’m tired of living without him.” Going home means so many different things to Dakota, and not everything is a good memory. It seems almost fated that Garrett would be there, plotting and planning, hoping to find new ground between them. A walk down memory lane and a reminder that love endures… This is a quick read but there is nothing missing in this novella that jumps into rekindled love and passion with both feet first. The only thing I could ask for is… more! I voluntarily reviewed this book.

Second-chance love stories are some of my favorite, and, when combined with Lili's always entertaining blend of emotion, passion, and humor, we've got a winner. Garrett may hold the position of power in this book, but Dakota's got plenty of control of her own. It doesn't take but a hot minute for old passions to rear their heads and for this couple to be quickly on their way to a meeting of the bodies and the minds, and the perfect balance of power. SNOWBOUND WITH THE BILLIONAIRE is a holiday read with a naughty twist, and perfect for readers that like a bit of extra kink with their romance. 4.5 steamy, sexy, sweet, second-chance stars.
