Good story if romantic suspense is your cup of tea. I just find the girl whiny, close minded to the hazards of her job and annoyingly gullible and emotional for somebody who is supposedly a badass prosecutor and reputed to send criminals to prison or death row.

I love this book. this suspense, thrilling death warning, the cast, everyone in this has perfect spot. and the love of this two "Lauren and Royce" is amazing. The trust and it makes their love special. But just the ending is too sudden.

This is a mystery/thriller with beautiful ADA Lauren handling a very dangerous murder case and Royce meets her at a function,and they are attracted to one another, he takes it upon himself to provide protection for her through his family owned business services ,when he discovers she's getting disturbing calls and letters counting down the days.......He is extremely distraught,because she's not so concerned until someone attacks her with a friend on crowded street corner and burns her arm thru blouse,without anyone noticing who it was...
