Hari Dwi Utami, Ph.D. is lecturer at Social Economic Department, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Brawijaya University. She was born in Kediri, East Java Indonesia on 11 March 1961. She graduated with Bachelor Degree at Faculty of Animal Husbandry Gadjah mada University in August 1984. Utami previously worked at breeding poultry company as supervisor in 1985. She then moved to Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Brawijaya University as lecturer in Social Economic Department and it started on year 1986. In the period of 1989-1992, Utami pursued study at Post Graduate Programme of Gadjah Mada University to complete her Master Degree in Agricultural Economic. During 1993-1995, she experienced as consultant at Construction company particularly in conduct the Feasibility study. In the year of 1997 to 2004, she has taken Master degree leading to Ph.D. programme. She received her Mastered degree at Massey University, New Zealand in Applied Science with major of International Rural Development in year 2000. She obtained her Ph.D. in Philosophy at year 2004. Regarding to Academic research, she has been engaged her research interest study on livestock farming, marketing, and consumer behaviour. She published journal papers about consumer behaviour and food processor response in international journal including Livestock Research for Rural Development Journal “Marketing International Food products”, and Journal “Marketing International Food products”. She presented papers in some International conferences in Thailand, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philadelphia, and Budapest (Hungaria). During period of 2011 -2015, she is appointed as Head of Social Economic Department Faculty of Animal Husbandry Brawijaya University.
