Dr. Santi Riana Dewi, S.T., M.M. born in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu on April 24, 1969. The author's current activities are as a permanent professional lecturer at the Faculty of Economics & Business at Serang Raya University, Banten. Educational backgrounds studied bachelor degree in Yogyakarta at the Islamic University of Indonesia, Faculty of Civil Engineering, majoring in Construction, a graduate degree in Jakarta at Borobudur University, Magister of Management, concentration in Human Resources Management, then continued postgraduate at the University Jakarta State, concentration in Human Resources Management. Work experience is as follows, 1994 she worked as an Assistant Engineer at PT Hazama Bina Indonesia in Jakarta, and then in 1995 she worked as an Estimator and Quantity Control at PT Sumitomo Construction Jakarta for the P-9 Indocement Palimanan Cirebon project. In 1997, joined various MLMs and became self-employed. In 2000 she was listed as a lecturer at Wiralodra University Indramayu, in 2003 she became a distributor at PT Charoen Phopkan. Furthermore, in 2008 she devoted herself to the world of education, starting as a teacher at Ganesha Operation Guidance and Learning as a Mathematics tutor for middle and high schools as well as a non-permanent lecturer at the Indonesian Pranata Informatics Management College in Karawang. In 2012 she became a non-permanent lecturer at STIE Pertiwi Karawang. In 2013 she served as a lecturer at Bina Bangsa University, Banten. Starting in 2015 until now the author has served as a certified permanent professional lecturer at Serang Raya University in Serang Banten. The off-campus activities she has participated in include being a presenter at National and International Seminars on issues related to Human Resources in Companies and Improving the Quality of Output in Educational Institutions, including the following. ISC International Seminar in Jakarta, ISQAE in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, ICMB in Jakarta, and The Community Development in ASEAN in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, The Community Development in ASEAN in Manila, Philippines, The Community Development in ASEAN in Brunei Darussalam, National Seminar Indonesian Management Forum (FMI), and National Community Development Symposium. Apart from that, he is also active in community service activities as a resource person and trainer. The author also actively participates in national and international seminars, trainings, and workshops and writes scientific articles in national and international journals and proceedings. The textbooks that have been created by the author are the Change Management textbook, the book chapter Training Management, Human Capital, and HRM from an Islamic Perspective.
