I'm using pixel 8 pro, with Android 14. I tried to set up my ecobee thermostat this morning and the app won't let me create a home. It kept saying server error. I restarted the app and it lets me create a home but then when I enter the address and I click save, nothing happens. I closed the app again and reopen it and magically it shows me in the app finally. but the home that's created doesn't have an address. I try and edit it and it won't save. I can't add a device.

I bought this thermostat to be able to set whatever temperature for whenever, but it has even more limitations than traditional thermostats and I call it user-enemy interface! Horrible and limited user interface specially with the schedule! I wish they can fix the functionlity by software update both on device and on the app

Never tracks temperature or settings in real time. Every time I open the app, I have to wait for it to refresh in order to see the current temperature. It often fails to update at all, and I have to manually refresh it. The servers also frequently crash, disabling any smart control of the thermostat.
