Useless App! SHOPPING trough the app is not possible as saying that "Shop online at shopdutyfree . com" So Pointless to download the app as no shopping option. Even I added some items to Whislist, but I can not check the price on them. The thing is there are much more product available at the psychical shop on the shop floor than in the app showing. Believe me I have double checked in personally. All in all, the company spent huge money to developing this app, but totally wasted of money.

An app is as good as the weakest link. And that is clearly Customer Support in this case. No answer from the webform. Not to emails. Nothing at all. Worthless. Deleting request doesn't work domain missing or malformed message. What a useless company. And this goes against GDPR!

When adding items to the basket it confirms but nothing is in the basket. So frustrating. 6 months on; same problem. Please fix this app. It's now March 2024. This app is still so frustrating. I'm trying to shop but every time I start entering information it reboots. Please please fix this app. A other issue. You can. Only use the card once at the airport. Raised a complaint but was basically told to go away.
