When it works it's a good app but when I go to my bookings it shows my booking but then it asks me am I already at my hotel and what hotel am I at despite the fact I already checked in at the hotel in currently staying at. You have to manually tell it every time where you are. The default front page is a generic riu page - I just want to open the app and it takes me straight to my hotel details, activities etc. This app has gotten worse on every release.

While at the resort, app immediately shuts down. It is the only way to find out about club events and open/close times for restaurants, etc. Useless!

Cannot access app. I have forgotten my password and when I follow recovery protocol I get no reply or reset details from Riu. I have reinstalled the app and on the password recovery page now the app will not allow any details to be entered.
