When's the new app update coming? The app has nice features but the connection is extremely frustrating for so expensive premium hearing aids. Keeps disconnecting (OnePlus 10 Pro Android 13 phone). Or connects left, then right, then none. The solution is to stop media play during connect. The app gives a useless "have a look at the new app" notification. Maybe I will return the hearing aids (I am still in my trial period).

Works OK, use it all the time, with Play 2. Streaming connection is a bit unreliable and needs to be close. Also, when it reconnects, the 2 aids are slightly out of audio phase, which is cured by turning phone BT off and on again. I assume it is limited by the need to limit BT power, so it doesn't drain battery. Ability to use phone as microphone and better directional choice would help.

Not very user-friendly. Randomly disconnects from the hearing aids. Sometimes disconnects from just one. Sound settings are difficult to figure out. There is no option to fix your preferred settings. It is stupid to expect that i need to choose voice clarity every time i speak to others. Overall, not sure if the app is any help at all. Cheap coders were used, it seems.
