When it works it's a good app but when I go to my bookings it shows my booking but then it asks me am I already at my hotel and what hotel am I at despite the fact I already checked in at the hotel in currently staying at. You have to manually tell it every time where you are. The default front page is a generic riu page - I just want to open the app and it takes me straight to my hotel details, activities etc. This app has gotten worse on every release.

Not working. Maybe since android update. It just sits and never finished loading. Really appreciated while at resort.

We love the RIU in Mazatlan. It is a beautiful hotel. Super clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. The food is fabulous. The pools are clean and they supply towels. The beach is gorgeous and the holiday was fantastic. Thank you to All the staff for making it the best holiday ever.🤗
