App keeps crashing. I am trying to use the TP Link smart radiator knob. I'm able to install it, but whenever I try to access the settings on the app, the app always crashes. In the end I'm unable to set up the knob, which defeats the purpose of the product. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, deleting and adding again the device, nothing helps... Any advice?

I’ve been very happy with the Kasa Smart app overall. The interface is intuitive, and connecting and managing devices is simple. Firmware updates are seamless, which is a big plus. However, I have one major complaint: there’s no option to mass delete videos. The most I’ve been able to remove at once is 10, which feels unnecessarily tedious. This feature should be simple to implement and would significantly improve the user experience. Once this is addressed, it’ll be a 5-star app for sure.

This review is for both the app and the switch. I just changed my router and this smart switch stopped connecting. I did everything from reset to power button hold (hs2000). The network button kept blinking green and orange. When you get to the wifi select part, it fails to find the network even though the router is in the same room. Garbage product. You might as well buy the temu light switches. 0/0 didn't last for 2 weeks and no support documentation.
