Scam. On Google maps it says the price is 8-10 euros to my hotel. Once I download the app and fill in all my payment data, the price jumps to 11-17 euros. And then when the taxi actually arrives he says the price is 26 euros. Then at the end with the app fee the total price is 28.50. The money is not the problem, but it is super misleading to customers. Also, the first driver we matched with never showed up so we had to cancel. Will never use this app again.

Money stealing is what i call. I used the app, because I wanted a fixed price eventhough I was very close to the taxi stand. If I knew I was gonna be charged double the price of what the app said, I could've better just not use the app. The driver said I didn't put in the correct location, but the problem is that the app couldn't find that location (eventhough it is literally Dusseldorf trainstation). I feel a bit scammed and paying for someone else's fault.

App itself is nice, simple, and intuitive. However, quite many drivers cancel pre-booked rides in the last minute. People would normally pre-book rides, because they need to be in places on-time, like catching flights in early mornings. Free Now really needs to penalize those drivers harshly who cancel pre-bookings in the last minute.
