The app design has always been pretty bad but it worked for the most part. Recently geo-fencing no longer works properly. This seems to be working for the most part but now I can't control the temperature from the app. When I change the temperature, it reverts to the schedule. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing resolves this issue

Hate the auto function. I wanna set my high and low temps to our comfort level. So I had the heat on during cold nights then we get this 80f temps so we opened the windows, now a fronts coming in and the humidity is up so I turn the ac on, worked for a minute and then it just sat there for several minutes. Before it finally kicked back on. Kinda wishing I wouldn't have bought the extra sensors, I hate the averaging! Hvac & ecobee all brand new.

Not as good as the Lennox iControl. When I change the temperature temporarily I get an option of 2 or 4 hours. Unlike the iControl where I have quick select AND can set the exact minute of the day the temporary change ends. Technically simple to implement but they decide not to. edit: I see your response but why would I context technical support? Obviously you just have a bot replying to reviews. Pretty lame of you.
