This photo check of the car every few days is just senseless. I mean it's our personal cars, and we take care of it even if it's a small scratch ourselves. Imposing a photo check is just counterproductive and unnecessary burden every few days. Map prompt after accepting a request is just horribly slow and laggy. Don't have the option to use any other navigation app if you're not comfortable with it.

This app is a dumb app. When you select my area you don't receive any ride notification for many hours. If you work without selecting my area then you'll receive all the rides which have long distance destinations. If we're riding our bike we're unable to hear the notification tone on bike and they decrease your pro rating. Why your app takes so much battery power of cellphone. I've a new mobile phone then too in one time 100% charging it covers only 5 rides. You're really a very very bad app

As a moto rider, I would recommend this to use this for only short rides because the fare prices are very low and the bonuses for every ride is constant. I would recommend to use the My Area mode to pick the shortest rides otherwise this application is not much suitable for drivers.
