Way too complicated to navigate. I can recall this because I just used this feature, and couldn't navigate to editgthe template directly: Especially changing rates with the calendar. Also, templates, there should be a manage template tab when using a template, without having to navigate to it. it is really really way too complex and convoluted to navigate. It could be simpler and more streamlined. Taking a look at other apps would be of great help..

It was working well for the last 3 years but with the latest update it is terrible. Even though I have all the push notifications enabled, I am not seeing them and it is a disaster. I'm slow to respond. I've suffered at least two cancellations this week because of it. Big problem. I can't be checking my app constantly. I hope they fix this soon!

Useful app for it's purposes. however, there's still too many issues and they're slow to resolve them. Message notifications sometimes take hours to pop up, which affects response times for guest requests. The app shows messages as "unread" long after they've been read, responded to, and marked as "no response needed". Calendar takes too long to sync with other similar apps (risk of double bookings). Still no direct message button to reach customer service. Booking payouts still hard to follow.

What's new
Thanks for using Pulse! With this release we have fixed some of those annoying bugs that may have interfered with you being able to manage your property on-the-go. You can now change the main photo of your property and easily rearrange all other photos on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for the most.
