was logout on every single transaction I did on the app. need to re-login again every time. last time can do multiple transactions without auto logout citing technical issues. all excuses when things did not go smoothly at DBs. got technical problems, they don't admit. even after write in to highlight this issue, nothing is being rectified. as good as not telling them, really useless as they can't be bothered.

Overall experience is quite fine, but the main view is annoying because it keeps snapping to the beginning of a section and not allow me to simply have the screen be at wherever I want it to be. If there are multiple accounts, you practically cannot see the bottom accounts because the app keeps snapping the view back to the top of the section. Who thought this was a good UX?

Having problems with the digital token - won't let me set up or receive push notifications. I pushed the set up button but no response. I couldn't go to a physical branch so tried online suggestions but none worked. I have been trying to call their customer support but the answering machine didn't even work and wouldn't register my input. Surprisingly no live chat - only a chatbot that's unable to answer any specific questions. Really get me stuck here.
