The new app destroyed all why I loved the old one. It used to be clear where you need to look/click, you had a nice overview. Now it's got a confusing design, reminds me totally of Zara where I hate to shop exactly for this reason.. definitely a change for the worse. Plus it's so not ready for the market, whoever designed this new app..maybe test more before release?? super buggy!

App stopped functioning properly after the last update. App won't let me select different colors or sizes. Plus, it is impossible to put an item in my shopping basket and check out! 🤡 Finally, ever since H&M orders are handled by another delivery service, the shopping experience has NOT improved: 1. It takes forever to arrive (2-3 weeks). 2. You have to install an app of this delivery company to make arrangements. 🤯 🤦🏻 It's inconvenient and it takes too much bloody time.

Return/delivery service has been changed, and you are required to install said app to ensure a return or..... Just be! Optional to return in- store but that's also not clear on the return in-store. (6-12-'19) Great app. Makkelijk online shopping. You have to be fast in your order considering items are sold out often. But trying your luck on the stores is nice as well.
