An app is as good as the weakest link. And that is clearly Customer Support in this case. No answer from the webform. Not to emails. Nothing at all. Worthless. Deleting request doesn't work domain missing or malformed message. What a useless company. And this goes against GDPR!

Was surprised to find Club Aurora on my phone. By deduction realised that's Red by Dufry reincarnation, zero communication from later. Old login doesn't work, inclined to remove this app

Updated the app today, it worked perfectly before the uodate, now I can't even log in! I don't want a new account, as that loses my previous points!
