A brilliant book. Written clearly - no professional slang, no incomprehensible long sentences. The author writes, as he speaks. I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. My understanding of human mind, is very close with those of the author. I developed different techniques to bringing changes. It was a great pleasure for me to see a professional that think in the same direction, and works with his own methods and techniques. I am looking forward to read more of his publications.

This book was just what I wanted, the writer delved into the scientific facts using a non formal and entertaining writing style. I now have a much better understanding of the topic, have strategies to make use of what I’ve learned and the motivation to read and understand more on the topic. A highly recommend author.

I purchased this book from an offline store and after completing it i must say, it is a huge game changer, it gave me a great insight of how a brain learns and how we can take full control of our brain.
