A very down to earth book with helpful graphs and information. I have found her advice to be realistic, funny and empathetic, always giving variants to each strategy in the knowledge that one size does NOT fit all. I read this book to prepare myself for sleep training as my preemie daughter is only 7 weeks old and neither one of us is ready to attempt it quite yet. My only critique is I wish that the book was a little easier to navigate. I found myself wishing that I had some sort of guide or map to help me jump to different sections. Otherwise I really enjoyed it. We'll see in the upcoming months if it works
