I just can’t think of enough meals and recipes that comprise of no meat at all. I am very happy to have this book. Not only did I get more recipes, I got more ideas for food that I can mix-and-match and customize to achieve my goal of becoming a vegan. They all look delicious and easy to prepare. I’m excited to try them all!. There are some excellent recipes here. I wish the author would have gone further into the philosophy of a vegan diet but I did get some excellent ideas for and meal plans.
