Wow! I started trt over a year ago and will be making changes after reading this book. Amazing information and you don't need a PHD to understand it. They really put their heart and soul into the research and life experience. This book is a must have for any male who wants to be the best version of themselves. I read this book and enjoyed it thoroughly some of things mentioned in this book I have heard before such as staying away from sugar other processed foods. I do like the shopping list of foods which help create more of its own natural testosterone and started doing the exercises which have created some positive results. I stopped doing my 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill which has been depleting my natural testosterone.
