I have just retired and thought I would start a hobby doing garden work, it did not work out well for I had a heart attack, before that I had a lower leg problem, which was scaned for blood clots, there was none and my leg became back to normal throw medical socks and shoe devices for raising my instep and heel. Anyway I found due to having a hernia, my abdominal mussles where not adding strenghth for my ability to do my garding work, so after my heart attack, I thought I go to my council gym and have a core workout for my stomach mussles and hernia. I started today under supervision, it was all machine orintated for most of the exercise, I was asked to look up the internet to fined out Core Exercises. I did and found "The Abdominal Exercise Bible" WoW no machines just pure Ab-Dominal Exercise, GREAT we dont have to kill our selves to have a Great Core.

The best guide ever I've followed which changed my life. After trying the tips and tricks disclosed in this book, I got my desired result. The programs helped me to achieve my goal. I learnt the best stomach exercises through this guide and I'm really thankful for that.
