Personally I'm really glad to find this guide which is simple, efficient and easy to follow. 'Jump Rope Workouts' has written so nicely that is organized and helpful to build muscle or burning fat. Also it disclosed the most effective and natural processes for fitness through jump rope workouts. This book answered so many important questions which I was looking for! By applying the tips, I'm benefited which improved my concentration and I feel much better than before. It changed a lot of things and I'm happy for that.
