On one hand, this is a great book offering much on how to successfully navigate the world around you to get ahead... but on the other hand, it is purely about how to manipulate those around you. If this is something you're interested in, then this is possibly the best book you'll find on this subject.

Enjoyed it, the stories of hostage negotiations are interesting and the information is interesting and useful. In my opinion it felt slightly more gimmicky than I usually enjoy but it was still a solid read.

Groundbreaking techniques based on emotional intelligence. Must read for any negotiator who only knows how to negotiate systematically. This is definitely an additional tool you can use on the negotiation table.
