About this ebook

From Kirkus Award-Winning Author Cidney Swanson: Samantha Ruiz has always blamed herself for her mother's untimely death, until she learns it may be linked to genetic experiments dating back to World War II. Suddenly Samantha's uncanny ability to vanish from sight or "ripple" looks like more than just an amusing superpower. Now it might get her killed. A swoon-y crush shows up in her life, offering help and secrecy, but he also confirms there are people eager to get their hands on her for her secret ability. Uncertain who to trust, Samantha can't resist gorgeous Will and is soon sneaking around ancient French castles by moonlight to unravel the mystery of who wants her and why - before it's too late. Packed with action and sweet romance, the Ripple Trilogy delivers a heart-pounding collision of beauty and darkness.

The Ripple Series is for readers who love YA fantasy in a contemporary setting with thriller action and a touch of clean romance.

The enhanced tenth anniversary edition includes a new author's note as well as bonus recipes for the drool-worthy foods described in the series. This trilogy forms a complete story, but there are four additional books for those who fall in love with the Ripple world and want even more!

About the author

Cidney Swanson writes unforgettable contemporary characters who are genuinely shocked to find themselves thrown into perilous or Sci-Fi situations. Well, except for the heroine from Mars. Come on. How shocked could a Mars colonist be to find herself in Sci-Fi peril? After they (okay, *most of them*) get over their shock, they start kicking butt and taking names, and usually do some kissing along the way. Cidney’s complex plotting and stick-with-you characters have resulted in a few nice awards, including a Kirkus Reviews annual Best of Young Adult/Teen and an SCBWI Spark Honor Book. When she’s not placing her characters in peril, Cidney can be found asking her husband, cats, kids, and anyone else who will listen why it rains so much in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
