Ri’s story truly starts to unfold in this book but how much does she remember and what she does with it you will have to read to find out. Ri has more than what appears on the surface as she starts getting her memories back. Welcome to the Ri ride as get more and more of a glance into the real Ri. I was blown away with ending for this chapter of the story. Let the games continue! This is the second book in this series and you must read book one first. This twisted story is a very intense read. A complex and captivating storyline is paired with complicated and compelling characters to create a series that really pulls you in and has you greedy for every twist that's headed your way. Raw emotions, drama, lies, desire, suspense, danger, revenge, anger and big shockers blend together into a potent mix that keeps you turning those pages. Be prepared for the cliffy and the wicked craving for book three. This is my freely posted, frank review.

I cannot get enough of this series. Beckett and Ri should not want to be together but they do. Beckett at first, is trying to get information about who killed his wife. He finds out the friends he has been hanging around have been lying to him and he even has to face off against one of them. Ri is trying to find out if the Retribution King group she spent time with is still on her side. The more time Beckett and Ri spend together the harder the temptation for both of them gets. Both realize that they might hurt the other and don't want that but they can't stay away. This story was exciting and had a lot of twists and turns that I was not expecting. The way the book ended left me eager to read the next story so I could know what the file that Beckett had showed. Absolutely recommend this book!
