About this ebook

With the holidays nearing, Brantley Walker and Reese Tavoularis are getting settled, both personally and professionally. For Reese, dealing with Brantley’s about-face regarding the size of the task force is easy. It’s meeting the parents that he’s worried about.

On the work front, the Off the Books Task Force has a stack of cold cases to tackle, but two new cases keep them moving across the great state of Texas.

One of which turns into a dangerous game of hide and seek.

Hide & Seek by Nicole Edwards let me start off by says that I happen to read every book that this author writes. And most of the time I read all the books more than one time each. Such is the case with this series. The reason with this series is it reads like a TV series...you know one of those on British TV that grab you and you have to binge-watch from start to finish. Well, this series is just like that and when each book comes out I re-read the previous books right before the new one just so the series is fresh in my mind and yes gut. Reece and Brandtley Walker have stolen a place in my heart as two of my favorite Alpha men in any of Mrs. Edwards' series. That says a great deal too. Don't worry Ethan you are still at the top. In this the third book we find our group of investigators yet again set out to look for what seems to be an impossible mission. What is so cool to me is they are actually looking in my neighborhood of White Rock Lake in Dallas, TX. It always makes a book more interesting when it is based around your local neighborhood. This book isn't just about our two Alpha males who do bring so much more than heat to the table it is also about JJ and Baz and we get to know other new team members as well. This book hits all the marks of a great book for me and it made it very hard for this homeschooling granny to pay attention to school because I just wanted to read instead of watching the iPad. I can't wait to see how this team grows and where they go next. If they find the evil that is still lurking around the Walker household. Stay turn this series is just getting started and it looks to be a great one.

Book 3 in the Brantley Walker: Off the Books series and for me this series gets better with each release I was captivated from the first page to the last line, I can’t get enough of these guys. Brantley Walker and Reese Tavoularis are expanding the Off Books Task Force which means more resources to investigate more cases. Brantley and Reese’s relationship is also new so once you add in the new team members as well, life could easily get complicated if everyone doesn’t gel. The team expanding means they can jump into some completed cases that will certainly keep you on the edge of your seat as you join them piecing the clues together to see who is behind the mystery of disappearing women....the title says it all but there is more at stake than a game of Hide & Seek.... This book ticked all my boxes, I was intrigued and I was captivated in a story that has so much going for it and Ms Edwards is certainly making a name for herself in the world of suspense and intrigue. As you would expect this book hasvits fair share of steamy hot passion, the characters have chemistry and once you add in visits from some of the Walker family we love from previous books you get a perfect read. I love this series and I can’t wait for more suspense and mystery from this very talented author.

I’m so in love with this couple, they’re just gorgeous together. I loved Reese’s vulnerability and Brantley’s ability to centre him. Their relationship is moving forward steadily and the official meeting of the parents and family is imminent. Brantley is not bothered at all whereas Reese has a different outlook! I love all the scenes centred around their family, always my favourite parts in any Nicole Edwards book. The task force is really starting to come together now, another interesting case to solve. My heart is breaking for Travis but I’m hoping there’s some resolution for him soon. I’m loving JJ and Baz, he’s really steadfast for me and I’m hoping JJ goes all in. They have really interesting chemistry and lots of sass. Loving this series and highly recommend it.

About the author

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Nicole Edwards spends her days stringing words together to make complete sentences. Sometimes not. Her best friend is coffee, and she has a love/hate relationship with sarcasm. She’s been accused of having a filthy imagination, which she admits is true.

Nicole lives in the suburbs of Austin, Texas. She proudly claims one husband, three grown children, and three bosses (better known as the dogs). When she isn’t writing, watching football or hockey, or keeping her bosses happy, you can probably find her with a book in hand.
