This writing gives the reader excellent positives points on which to start making changes in their approach to thinking about happiness and to where they are in life right now. Will use these ideas to make positive changes in my life. Mauri Ora (Be well - from New Zealand).

The book had interesting points, but the author could have explained or have given more more examples in the book. The book did bring up good points but they quickly ended and moved on to the next topic and yet again quickly ended.
