About this ebook

Sometimes a bit of thievery is the only way to live.

Rera does what she has to in order to survive, even when that means doing something that could damn her soul - robbing a tomb.

But nothing is as straightforward as it seems, and Rera's conflicting feelings only deepen the further she gets involved with the London underworld.

Can she escape the eyes of the goddess of justice who seems to be watching her everywhere she goes?

-

All Chaos For Thieves is a prequel to the Scales Of Justices series, an urban fantasy series based on Egyptian mythology and set in the same world as The Apprentice Of Anubis.

If you love Egyptian mythology, alternative versions of the modern day, temple politics, slow-burn workplace romance, and a world where the gods are real, then the Scales Of Justice series is for you!

A good start to a series. It isn't that Rera wants to be a thief, but a seventeen-year-old girl with a younger sister to support doesn't have many options. The stress is getting to her. She wishes she could find another way to survive before she gets caught and taken to Maat’s temple. This book sets the stage for the series. I can’t wait to see where Rera’s story goes from here. I received a free copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

A spin off series set in the same world as The Apprentice of Anubis series. This story introduces us to Rera a thief with a deep desire to be anything else. Left alone by her parents and with a sister to care for she feels this is the only life for her, but she has a strong aversion to the life of a thief and an ever increasing worry about the gods and consequences. A short tale but full of intrigue and emotional tension. I like Rera and how she sacrifices her morals to save her sister the life

I'm voluntarily leaving a review after receiving a free copy. I liked the look into what Rera is feeling and what she is forced to do by circumstances. It is a good teaser for a new series.
