Oh can't wait to read the next story ! I just finished reading the latest Amethyst and Ambrose story and I really enjoyed it. It's a little more gloomy than the previous books but still good. There is more introspection in Amy's thoughts which makes me think something very good is coming! The only thing I missed was the actual magic use, there wasn't much... For a paranormal book, I expected more. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Accident or murder that’s the question that Amy and Ambrose have to answer. When a scene in a play goes horribly wrong they are left with a whole lot of information but not much of it makes sense. So they’ll have to dig deep to uncover just who’s truly at fault for this terrible tragedy. This took me a bit to get into the story. It just seemed like all the info was leaning one way and it was obvious but then there was a twist. That made the book. I thought the excessive amount of soup was a bit

Entertaining. There was a lot of convoluted relationship investigating in this story, giving several possible motives for the murder and keeping me on my toes. Some very good writing involving how an emotional affair can sometimes be worse than a physical affair. The murder in this book brought all of our characters a bit of clarity in their own relationships and the direction they're heading towards.
