Oh, this is a hard one to review. It was action packed, it had twists and turns, a forbidden, doomed affair, and was a romantic suspense of the highest calibre. Nyx and Grigoris have so much to do, are so close to figuring it all out, if they can stay out of harm’s way. Secrets, lies, and histories are revealed, giving way to present circumstances. Danger is everywhere, unknown foes and enemies at every turn. Yet, the fragility of humans and their emotions is the running thread. The joy, the pain, the worry, the love, we feel for our fellow beings, strokes and envelopes you as the story unfolds I sit her bleary eyed and stuffed up from crying, and yet, I’m hopeful for the future in this series for the characters. The mantra of no, no, no, no, it can’t be, hit me about 54% of the way in, and coloured everything after that. Have the tissues ready, there is no way around it. Even when things made me smile, it was a constant there in the background. It causes so much, and a couple things made me flinch and grimace, but they made sense in the face of this tragedy. They made sense in the face of the hope needed. They made sense in love, sexual and friendship, that caused the pain, and the healing, needed This is a hard book to review because it will linger and stay with me. It caused so many emotions, and the happily ever after was fought for so hard, and that too, causes a flood of emotions. I loved this book, this story, these characters, and because of that, it caused me to feel what they were feeling. That is the litmus test of an amazing story, and this passed with flying colours

This book absolutely blew me out of the water. I picked up this books after work, and the next thing I knew, it was 2 am, and I was starving because I had thought of nothing besides the Master Admiralty for so many hours! With each new story in this series, I think that they can't possible get better, but the do. Each new story adds to the mystery, to the heat, to the bigger story that is the Masters Admiralty, and I have to admit to reading the entire Trinity Masters/Masters Admiralty saga more than once. It's everything I love in a series. Romance, intrigue, danger. Absolutely amazing. This is usually the part that I'd give a short synopsis, or some details about my feelings about the characters, but I'm not going to do that this time. I don't want to give anything away, so I'm just going to say that the characters have had a rough time of it, and it doesn't look like their lives will get better, but never say never! (this is a romance, after all, and a HEA is a requirement!) Bravery's Sin took everything that I loved from the previous books, and increased that by a hundred fold. There is more danger and intrigue, more of the impossible relationship, more surprises, more heat, and more love. I laughed, I cried, and my heart almost pounded out of my chest in some places. This book is an absolute must read for fans of the series, and the entire series is a must read for anyone that loves an amazing story.

This is part of the Master's Admiralty Series but can be read as a standalone. The chemistry between Nyx and Grigoris is strong. this book is full of drama, suspense, secret societies and some danger. Plenty of twists and surprises to keep your interest. Well written with strong, well-developed characters. A good and entertaining book.
