This book is my savior when overcome job burnout, pile.of works, tight schedule. The author explains straight to the point about sign, stages of burnout and how overcome with it. Burnout is domino effect that caused by habits such as proctastination, binge watching, perfectionist, and being people pleaser when accept the responsibilities. I feel like my life style like consuming snacks, fries, etc is one of my factor experience burnout. When you feel burnout just sign it and take decision the next step to overcome it. Be brave to say no, switch career, find supportive people when want to "take a break" from work. Burnout can destroy your mental health condition and can lead to depression, anxiety, negative emotions, heart attack,insomnia, and other diseases. Prioritize your wellbeing than your work. Unfortunately this book not elaborate about the evidence that found by study and research. I feel like the statement on this book just common sense.
