Take Me Again is smoking hot and super sweet. Introducing the Knight clan who has a strong sense of sibling support but have lost some of their connection over the course of becoming adults. For Sebastian, this started when he was a rebellious teenager. Unfortunately, his rebellion cost him the only girl he ever truly loved, Ashley, while costing Ashley the only semblance of a family she had ever known. Ashley has held a lot of resentment toward Sebastian, understandably so when the truth is revealed regarding Ashley’s departure from the home they shared to a boarding school in the UK. Her loneliness and sense of loss emanates through the pages. Although she has made a life for herself in London, Ashley hasn’t allowed herself to make a home for herself anywhere or permit other people to form a bond with her. The lack of belonging has had a profound effect on her ability to keep people at a distance. A shocking event within the Knight family has Ashley and Sebastian in the same place at the same time for the first time in ten years. Although Ashley has remained in contact with the oldest of the Knight brothers, Ethan. It is her loyalty and love for the only person who has ever made her feel worthy of a family that she is willing to endure Sebastian’s presence. Sebastian has embraced his playboy image for the last decade, little realising he is becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy of the very thing he never wanted to become, his father. It is Ashley’s return and the eye-opening chain of events within his family which act as a wake-up call to Sebastian. It is Sebastian’s character development that is the true heart of Take Me Again. I loved witnessing the transformation from shallow playboy to romantic, loyal, protective, caring dreamboat. it is Ashley that is the driving force behind his transformation and the prize at the end of the journey, healing old wounds along the way for both Ashley and Sebastian. There is a lot of detail regarding the other Knight siblings carefully crafted into Take Me Again paving the way for their individual stories. I am excited to see what the future has in store for them all 😍

Take Me Again is absolutely one of the best books I've ever read from Carly Phillips. It is the first book in her new Knight Brothers series and I absolutely am in love with this family after just one book. Let me just say that Sebastian Knight wasn't my favorite person at the start of the book, yet ended up being my favorite character ever from Ms. Phillips. I did love that when a mirror was put in front of his face of his past actions, he finally didn't like what was there and decided to make a change. Sebastian wanting to change all comes from his former step-sister Ashley Easton returning to New York when his brother Ethan's wife passes away. The chemistry between Sebastian and Ashley was amazing from the moment they saw each other again, even if neither one of them was really looking for a relationship. Sebastian and Ashley not only have amazing chemistry, but they worked well together when the Knight family business needs them to work together to solve a problem with one of the biggest contracts for the business. I have to say that Sebastian and Ashley are one of the hottest couples Ms. Phillips has ever written. Once they finally gave into their attraction, they were so smoking hot together, they steamed up my kindle screen. I loved that they fit together so well and my favorite thing was the fact that Sebastian knew he was in love first. There is just something about the hero falling first that gives me all the happy feels! I love how patient Sebastian was with Ashley as she realized her feelings. Take Me Again was a wonderful start to the Knight Brothers series. I totally fell in love with Sebastian and Ashley and their second chance romance was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to see what happens with Parker, Ethan and Sierra in future books. Rating: 5 Stars (A+) Review copy provided by publisher

Take Me Again is a fantastic second chance romance. Sebastian Knight is all about Sebastian. Strong alpha male that has been all about drinking, getting laid and helping with the family business. Until he wakes up one morning hungover and received news of the death of his oldest brother Ethan’s wife. Ashley Easton is a beautiful sweet woman that has had a hard life with a mother that doesn’t care or support her and that sent her away as a teenager off to a boarding school in another country. Ashley is the ex-step-sister of the Knight men. Sebastian has always had feelings for Ashley but once their one-time encounter got her sent to another country to live he never thought he would see her again. Ashley has been in contact with Ethan since her leaving the states. Ethan has always been a friend to her and continued their friendship/big brother relationship. A friend that Sebastian had no idea Ethan had. There was a lot of things Sebastian didn’t know about his brothers and the business that his brothers felt he was not ready to know because of his no care attitude. After the death of Ethan’s wife, Ashley comes back to the states to be the friend Ethan needs. While there Ethan asks for her help with a business problem. She agrees to help which is how her and Sebastian travel to Vegas to deal with the issue. How long can the 2 ignore the chemistry that has always sparked between them? How long can two people that do not believe in love and marriage resist falling in love with each other? This book was so good. The chemistry between the characters was great. The story line was fantastic. Well worth the read. Couldn’t put the book down.
