I have become addicted to this series, I love it. I especially like that each characters book is a standalone so you can dip in and out of it, I've read quite a few of the books but certainly not them all. This had a fantastic, enjoyable storyline which draw me in. It was well written, light and easy to read, a good length, had great characters and a little bit of light suspense. What's not to love if you like these kind of books.

I enjoyed this new "Mated to the Alien" story! It's a good science fiction story with fated mates. I have enjoyed all of the Detyen stories they are interesting and intriguing stories about finding the Denya or paying the ultimate price. I like Doryan and Amy's story. It's a fairly quick read that is intriguing and interesting. The story is nicely developed with action, suspense and great twists and turns. A soulless warrior finds his Denya.

This is a good addition to the series about Detyen warriors. Doryan is a “soulless” warrior who knows it is time for him to be retired. He is getting ready to meet with his superior for that determination. It is all okay until he sees Amy. She awakens something in him. Amy is a retired cop, now PI looking for new clients and definitely not the usual female in most romance stories. Not only is she intelligent and strong, she is older than the expected heroine. There is a “bad guy” who just won’t go away and some good action scenes with a murder mystery. The sex is tasteful and frequent. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
