About this ebook

As one of the select few Blessed by the gods, Ani has to do the worst thing she can possibly think of...socialise.

Having only just come to terms with her status as Anubis Blessed, the last thing Ani wants is to be thrust into the spotlight, but with the Festival Of The Blessed starting throughout London, there's no way she can avoid it.

Despite being in the middle of a mummification, Ani has duties outside the temple to attend to, but with Matia and Nik by her side, she is determined to make her temple proud.

This tale follows Ani and Nik on new adventures, they are planning on moving in together. Ani is learning about being a Blessed and the duties it entails. Ani’s mother comes to see her and she invites both of them to come to dinner. At the end of the book Ani is told to go to Egypt. We will see what will happen next. At least this time neither Nik nor Ani got into trouble. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ani is working in the mortuary and learning duties of the Blessed as needed. It’s time for the Festival of the Blessed. Ani is the only Blessed for Anubis and must stop working on a high-profile mummification. She’s unsure of all Festival duties but Nik is helping as her assistant. They’re in love and planning their future but events are about to occur which may disrupt all their plans. After reading this book I am looking forward to the next one. I want to see what happens on their new mission.
