Wow. That was not the conclusion I was expecting, but it was the conclusion this chain of events so badly needed. I loved the creativity involved in finding a solution that wasn’t the easiest or the most obvious. I really admire Hathor in this book for being willing to put herself on the line for everyone else, and for (mostly) keeping such a cool head in the midst of everything. I’m very curious to see where the author is going to go next with these Egyptian myths and legends.

As the blurb states, 'Heart of the Goddess' is the third book in Laura Greenwood's "Queen of Gods" series and the perfect conclusion to what has been an entertaining and intriguing series. Once again, I want to warn you, these are not standalone and should be read in order to get the full impact of the story. You won't be disappointed. I know I wasn't.

This was a really good story and addition to the series. Hathor knows she has a job to do but is determined to save Horus. With her best friend by her side and the man who broke her heart...will she be able to make the best decision for herself and everyone else?.
