The myPhonak Junior app provides a range of features to enhance the hearing journey for hearing aid wearers and their families. Collaborating with a hearing care professional is essential to determine which app features will be most beneficial for each user.

We are excited to introduce a new and exclusive feature designed specifically for parents like you.  This wearing time feature aims to encourage and support you in establishing and maintaining effective hearing aid use.

With the enhanced visual representation, you can easily track and monitor wearing time throughout the day. empowering you to stay involved and actively participate in the hearing aid wearer’s hearing journey.

The Remote Control function allows users to adjust their hearing aid settings to optimize their listening experience in challenging environments. This feature empowers individuals by giving them control over their hearing aids in challenging listening environments without compromising performance.

Remote Support* is suitable for users, and their carers, of all ages. It enables hearing aid wearers and their families to stay connected with their hearing care professional from a distance. Whether you, or the hearing aid user, is the main contact person Remote Support offers the convenience of "hearing check-ins" that can be scheduled to accommodate busy lifestyles. These appointments can be conducted remotely for minor adjustments or special consultations and can be combined with in-clinic visits.

*Note: The term "Remote Support" refers to a feature or service provided by the myPhonak Junior app.



myPhonak Junior allows hearing aid wearers and/or their carers to:

- adjust the volume and change program of the hearing aids

- personalize and customize their hearing aids to suit challenging environments

- access status information such as wearing time and battery state of charge (for rechargeable hearing aids)

- access quick information, FAQs, tips and tricks



Safety features in the app allow parents/guardians to:

- configure the functionality of the volume control

- configure Auto On when out of charger for rechargeable hearing aids

- change Bluetooth bandwidth configuration for phone calls
