OMG, it cannot get any better. Christine Pope’s Winds of Change, The Witches of Wheeler Park Book 3 is the continuation of this wonderful series. Adara Grant thought she could hide in a remote town under the protection of the local Native American Tribe but the plan was not successful. She was abducted in the middle of night by the man chasing her, and brought to an underground government testing facility. Jake Wilcox had to do something to get her back under tremendous odds of success. What ensued was a plot to get Addie back along with the other orphaned witches being held there as well. It seemed an impossible feat for Jake and the Wilcox Primus to perceive a plan that would ensure they did it right. The heart stopping journey of such a rescue will take you where your imagination could not fathom. This is a must read along with the other two books in the series. Christine Pope is a phenomenal author and this is just another fantastic book and series to her credit.

If you have followed all the previous witchy tales by Christine Pope, you will absolutely love this newest adventure. It’s kind of a family reunion! Angela and Conner are on board to help out Conner’s newly discovered half-sister, Addie, escape, not once, but twice from a secret Homeland Security installation in the DC area. Remember Bad Blood? New to America, other witchy immigrants that were in New York, prior to the Wilcox Clan moving west.. Ahh yes, certainly there is a tie in! You know how magically Pope weaves a tale. Put together in an awesome suspenseful, with a little bet of romance thrown in, story line, Pope again has us reading late into the night. If you remember, Jeremy and Jake created Trident to locate “orphaned witches,” and make them aware of their unique ancestry , as well as, help them understand and use their gifts. Angela and Conner have their work cut out for them when more than a couple are being held as “guests” by homeland security. At the same time Addie has the near impossible challenge to convince the director of the project that he is himself a warlock. A perfect read for Sheltering at Home or just getting away from it all, Book 3 Witches of Wheeler Park

Book 3 starts as Jake is about to leave Flagstaff to return to Addie in Riverton, Wyoming when he gets news that she was taken (the cliffhanger from Book 2). Not surprisingly, Randall Lenz had abducted her from under the care of the Northern Arapaho tribe. Connor, Lucas, and Angela rescue Addie. Back in Flagstaff, after a lifetime of never feeling as if she fit in anywhere, she was surrounded by people who only wanted her to be herself. Randall Lenz does not want to let her have her dream of settling down with Jake in Flagstaff, but Addie, Jake, Jeremy, Connor and Angela have other plans. An interesting twist towards the end allows a happy conclusion to Jake and Addie's romance.
