Bonaparte's Belle: A SEALs of Honor World Novel

It never gets old to have a strong women and an alpha man with compassion and heart. I loved that Angela was sheriff, intelligent and not taking anything lying down. You go girl. Bonaparte is a big guy, and he tackles life with laughter and strength. This was fast paced and intriguing read. You know two of the culprits name, but there is still a mystery behind it all. This was a quick read with a happy resolution, but still brings to light how easy things can change, how once you make a questionable choice you are on a slippery slope. We got to see Stone again (yes!) and meet some loveable dogs and i have to say I want to taste those ribs, come on! Thank you for the arc, all thoughts and opinions are my own and freely given.

I just loved Angela, she is confident and determined but isn't afraid to ask for help when she really needs it and when it gets to the point she needs it she gets Bonaparte. It was so good to see Bonaparte has moved to a better place with everything that happened with his divorce and Angela is just the type of women he needs, one who talks straight and can look after herself. There isn't too much time for flirting though as Angela has a lot going on in her town and as the Sheriff and only law enforcement officer left she is determined to get to the bottom of the rotten apples that are over running the place. I enjoyed having to work out why the brothers were in town and what the reason for buying up the properties however also not knowing who to trust and finding out who betrayed Angela had me turning the page to see what would happen next! Always love books from heroes for hire series and this one isn't an exception. A perfect fast-paced suspense romance read. Although I missed the camaraderie at the beginning, because Bonaparte going solo, everything made up with the sparks between Sheriff Angela and Bonaparte, they're a great team and a perfect couple. There's mystery, romance, and action, it's pretty packed. A book that easily to be devoured in one sitting. If you're looking for a fast-paced suspense romance read, this book definitely it.
