Good message but it’s a really badly written book. Everything there is about “H2O diet” in this book is available in the Sample chapters and the rest is just the history of universe and history of water and history of coffee and tea. It’s hilariously bad!! Again, good message but could have been summed in one chapter.

Can I just tell everyone that its not the book you need a credit card for. The Google book store requires one. It is completely free as ive bought many free books at $0 and never been charged in anyway. So before you give a bad review take the time to understand what you are using !

After reading over 200 pages, all I learnt was that I should drink more water. I could have said that in single sentance. The book spent more time on the history of the universe and other non relevant topics than talk about a diet.
