Tortured Hero

This is book five in The Retribution Games Series and it continues Beckett and Ri's story and omg you definitely need to read this book. The games are getting more intense and more people are dying as the final game is drawing closer. I couldn't put this book down and I had to keep turning the pages to see what will happen next. Who will win and who will loose and die and what is Odette planning will they manage to find out before it is too late. Beckett needs to make sure that he wins even though he can't marry Ri he needs to make sure that she lives even if he has to stay with the one person that he hates and loose the one that he truly loves. This book takes you on a painful journey of loss, betrayal, hope, love and that is what makes it a real page turner and so addictive and omg what an explosive cliff hanger and I can't wait to read the final book in this amazing of to see what the outcome will be and who will win. Ella Miles is an amazing author and writer and the depth of her stories are truly breathtaking and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and on the edge of their seats. Just remember that this book is not a standalone one and you will need to read these books in order to get all the background history but they are definitely worth reading and you will not be disappointed. Wow! This is the fifth book in the series - you HAVE to read them in order. When you get to this book, you'll want to set aside some time as in hide away so there are no interruptions. You won't want to miss a minute of this page turner. The tension never lets up, it looks like some things might be getting resolved (but I won't believe it until they actually DO get resolved). Never a dull minute, fast paced read. You will NOT be able to pause--there aren't any spots that you can pause. Intense.
